What is Joey?

Joey is a delivery service built by a team of last-meter logistics experts. The technology powering Joey has been developed and deployed across multiple industries in Australia over the past five years, and has now been productised into a Same Day and Express delivery platform for all e-commerce businesses.

Our mission is to help businesses with online customers achieve growth and scale by providing best-in-class, customer-centric fulfilment, combining same-day delivery with affordable pricing.

How does it work?

Using Joey is simple! To get started, send us an email at hello@joeydelivers.com.au and we will help set up your account. Once created, we offer direct integrations and a user-friendly dashboard, which allows you to easily manage your Joey deliveries.

Do you deliver outside of your service area?

We certainly do! All orders outside of our service area are fulfilled by a Joey Delivery Partner, who will deliver your package directly to your customer. Please note that we are unable to provide same-day or express service for orders outside of our service area.

How does Joey compare to others in the market?

We have designed our services with excellence in mind, and are proud that we match or beat all our competitors!

Is there anything Joey can't deliver?

To ensure we can provide quality service for all customers, there are restrictions on the weights and sizes of packages for each order. Each package must weigh less than 25 kilograms, and have a combined length, width and height of less than 1.5 meters.

Furthermore, for the health and safety of our courier team, the following are also not allowed:

• Dangerous goods
• Live animals or other living goods
• Cigarettes or tobacco products
• Firearms or weapons
• Other items that are liable to compromise the health and safety of our courier team

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO boxes as these are owned by Australia Post and only accept deliveries that are sent through Australia Post.

Is Joey environmentally friendly?

Absolutely! By streamlining logistics around multiple orders, we are reducing the overall carbon footprint of the delivery industry. Furthermore, at all stages in our delivery process, we aim to minimise our environmental footprint and reduce our carbon emission. You can rest assured that when you use Joey, you are making an environmentally conscious decision!

Can I integrate my platform with Joey?
